This fabric is made from organically grown linen and the colours have been created using herbal dyes. In the way this garment is made, it is gentler on the soil, the water, on people, and the planet as a whole.
Herbal dyes, derived from materials such as madder roots, pomograned peels, myrobalam etc that occur in nature. Lending the fabric soft gentle hues. These dyes eliminate the use of toxic dyes and prevents soil and water pollution and harmful effects on humans and our ecosystem.

This piece has been hand cut and sewn by the ladies of Projecthrive. A sewing center that trains and employs women from the slums of New Delhi in an endeavor to provide them equal economic opportunity. They make each piece on order just for you.
