Ellen Fish

Ellen Fish has over 15 years of experience in the financial information services sector and her career spans stints at organizations such as Standard and Poor’s, Quotron, Quick America Corp., etc.

For the last 2 decades, she has worked as the founder of Friends of Tilonia a US 501(c)3 non-profit organization building the business capacity and entrepreneurial skills of artisan enterprises all over the world, she is also expanding R.I.S.E Artisan Fund in support of early-stage artisan enterprises and managing Sprout Enterprise a network of artisans, designers, and entrepreneurs creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural communities with few economic alternatives.

Sonica Sarna

Sonica Sarna has worked at the intersection of fashion, social impact and sustainability for over 2 decades. Her body of work includes consulting global brands on creating ethical supply chains, supporting and training artisan communities and empowering women in fashion through her social enterprise #Projecthrive.

She has partnered with industry leaders to create this unique Fashion+Activism online masterclass series to give emerging social enterprises the tools, resources and mentorship they need to help make their vision a reality.
